Who Accreditation Canada is
Accreditation Canada is the leading accreditation body in Canada’s health system and works in every Canadian province and territory. Its international programs operate in more than 40 countries, at over 15,000 locations.
Its standards are developed by the Health Standards Organization (HSO). Assessment is based on the Qmentum International program, which focuses on patient safety, governance and continuous improvement.
