Step 1 of 5
Consultation
Tell us what type of organization you run and where you are today. Together we will identify the right Accreditation Canada program for you and how much preparation it will take.
By phone, online or at your organization
Step 2 of 5
Application
Our team completes the Accreditation Canada application form with you. We explain everything that is needed in Georgian and answer every question along the way.
We complete the form together
Step 3 of 5
Agreement
You receive a contract proposal within about a week. Once it is signed, the preparation period begins on the agreed terms.

Step 4 of 5
Preparation
Your organization is assigned a dedicated adviser. We work on alignment with the standards, procedures, staff training and patient engagement, and finish with a mock survey.
Regular meetings on site and online
Step 5 of 5
Survey and decision
The survey visit is carried out by Accreditation Canada’s certified surveyors. The accreditation decision is made by Accreditation Canada.
