The Ministry of Health adopts Order №4/N, making international accreditation mandatory for Universal Health Coverage providers.
- 2023, April
Accreditation Canada’s official representation opens in Georgia, one of four the organization has in Europe.
- 2023, May
First contracts: Vivo Medical Group clinics, Hera 2011 and other organizations join the Accreditation Canada programme.
- 2023, June
A team of local experts is formed through an open call and trained by Accreditation Canada.

The number of partner clinics passes 20, across Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Batumi.
- 2024, April
Batumi Referral Hospital joins the programme, bringing the number of partner organizations to 23.
