Public health expert Dr Pkhakadze: A refusal to prepare is a crime

Georgian public health expert Dr Giorgi Pkhakadze has spread the video footage showing the serious epidemiological situation in Ukraine. The Radio Tavisupleba has released the footage.

According to Dr Pkhakadze, Georgia will face a similar situation in two weeks, and the country must start preparing by making supplies of oxygen.

”A refusal to prepare is a crime,” Dr Pkhakadze said.
