Georgian Public Health Expert: The virus must be stopped – Dr Giorgi Pkhakadze

Public Health Expert and Healthcare Advisor to the UN Secretary-General, Dr Giorgi Pkhakadze, says in his Facebook post that the Safe and Effective Vaccination program has produced results.

In his words, ”this wicked virus” has not killed anyone in the UK, while 31 families in Georgia have passed through misery.

”Not all vaccines are similar, but all of them reduce mortality.

Spare lives!

This virus must be stopped. What protects us? Wearing medical face masks, staying two meters from other people, washing hands, and receiving safe and effective vaccines such as Pfizer.

Stay healthy!” he wrote.
