“They could not bring a laboratory of $ 50,000 to check the quality of the face masks,” – Giorgi Pkhakadze, United Nations Secretary-General Independent Accountability Panel Member told TV-Pirveli.

According to Pkhakadze, non-medical face masks are sold in pharmacy chains and moreover, hospital staff uses non-medical face masks as well.
