ბატონ გიორგი ფხაკაძეს დაბადების დღეს ვულოცავთ – ჯანმრთელობას, დიდხანს სიცოცხლეს და ბედნიერებას ვუსურვებთ.
პროფესორი, ორგანიზაცია – „აკრედიტაცია საზღვრების გარეშე“ ხელმძღვანელი, გიორგი ფხაკაძე დაიბადა 1976 წლის 16 ივნისს.
1991-1997 წლებში ისწავლა „ლეგია და კომპანიის“ უნივერსიტეტში. არის დიპლომირებული მედიკოსი (MD) სპეციალობაში „ზოგადი ქირურგია“. ამის შემდეგ სწავლა განაგრძო ნეპალში, სადაც გახდა საზოგადოებრივი ჯანდაცვის მაგისტრი. ასევე არის ფილოსოფიის მეცნიერებათა დოქტორი ანთროპოლოგიისა და საზოგადოებრივი ჯანდაცვის საკითხებში.
გიორგი ფხაკაძე 2021 წლიდან არის ვაქცინებისა და იმუნიზაციების გლობალური ალიანსის (GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance), დამოუკიდებელი განხილვის კომიტეტის წევრი.2020 წელს დაარსა საფრანგეთში ორგანიზაცია „აკრედიტაცია საზღვრებს გარეშე“. ამავე წელს გახდა ევროფონდის (Eurofound), ცხოვრებისა და სამუშაო პირობების გაუმჯობესების საკითხებში ევროკავშირის სააგენტოს ექსპერტი. 2016-2017 წლებიდან არის ფრანგული საერთშორისო ორგანიზაცია „Première Urgence Internationale-ის“ აღმოსავლეთ ევროპისა და ახლო აღმოსავლეთის რეგიონალური ჯანმრთელობის მენეჯერი. ასევე არის გაეროს გენერალური მდივნის დამოუკიდებელი ანგარიშვალდებულების პანელის (UN secretary General’s Independent Accountability Panel (IAP) წევრი.
2015-2016 წლებში იყო ბრიტანული საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაცია დავეხმაროთ მოხუცებს (HelpAge International) ევრაზიისა და ახლო აღმოსავლეთის ქვეყნებში რეგიონალური ჰუმანიტარული ჯანმრთელობის პროგრამის მენეჯერი. 2014 წლიდან არის შვეიცარიაში შიდსის, ტუბერკულოზისა და მალარიის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლის გლობალური ფონდის (GFATM) ტექნიკური მიმოხილვის პანელის (TRP) ტექნიკური ექსპერტი.
